Outdoor construction is entirely dependent on the elements. Safety and quality are our top priorities; working in heavy rain or freezing conditions can ruin concrete pours, compromise soil compaction, and damage your property. If Mother Nature forces us to pause, we will communicate the delay immediately and adjust the schedule to get back on track the second it is safe and structurally sound to do so.

Not at all! Before we break ground, we always like to schedule a pre-project meeting with you to ensure you have complete clarity on exactly what the construction process will look like.

Once the project kicks off, you can go about your day normally as long as our crews have clear access to your property and unlocked gates, a designated staging spot for materials and heavy machinery and access to outdoor water and power outlets.

We just ask that pets are kept safely indoors during work hours. Our project managers will keep you updated throughout the entire build, so you'll always know exactly what progress was made while you were out.

Outdoor construction is a heavy, messy process. Because we use specialized machinery to move tons of dirt, rock, and concrete, some impact on the surrounding landscape is normal.

However, we take extensive preventative measures. We use protective ground mats and plywood to protect your driveway and existing turf from heavy tracking wherever possible. Rest assured, at the end of the project, we perform a thorough cleanup and restore any access pathways we used back to a clean, professional state.

We get it—sometimes seeing a design come to life on-site sparks new ideas! We are happy to accommodate changes whenever structurally and logistically possible.

To keep things transparent and prevent surprises on your final invoice, any adjustments made after construction begins will be handled through a formal Change Order. This document will clearly outline any changes to the project cost or timeline, and we will require your digital approval before we pivot our crew.

Your project will be led by one of our Project Managers, who will serve as your direct point of contact on-site. The vast majority of our hardscaping, timberwork, and softscaping is executed entirely by our own team.

For certain specialized trades—such as high-voltage electrical, plumbing, concrete work, and fence staining—we partner with trusted, licensed specialty subcontractors. We have worked alongside these partners for years, and they operate strictly under our direct supervision and rigorous quality standards.
