Our Story
Top Green Landscaping was established in early 2024 by Julio Mendoza, who previously owned and operated a successful automotive windshield replacement business. Despite that company’s steady growth, Julio felt a lack of fulfillment in the work. After gaining experience in landscaping during slower periods, he discovered a deeper satisfaction in building outdoor spaces—spaces where families could relax, connect, and feel proud of their homes. The company was born from a desire to combine meaningful work with exceptional service. Julio recognized an opportunity not only to build better landscapes, but to raise the standard of customer experience in the industry. Joined by Chris, whose operational background and people-first approach brought a strong foundation to the business, Top Green Landscaping was created to reflect the values of clarity, craftsmanship, and communication.
Today, we are proud to serve a growing base of residential and commercial clients, building relationships that go beyond the job site. Each project is a chance to create something lasting—both in the landscape and with the people we serve.

Owner/Field Operations
Julio Mendoza began his entrepreneurial journey early, gaining hands-on experience across various trades by working alongside his family. He quickly found a natural talent in the automotive glass industry and went on to establish a successful auto glass business at 17, driven by a desire to improve both quality and affordability in the field. Despite that success, Julio sought something more fulfilling. He sought something that combined craftsmanship, creativity, and tangible transformation. He discovered that passion in landscaping, where he found deep satisfaction in building something beautiful with his own hands. As Owner of Top Green Landscaping, Julio leads all construction and installation operations with precision, efficiency, and pride. His mission is to create outdoor spaces that clients truly love, spaces built with the same care and attention he would want for his own home.

Operations/Sales Manager
Chris is the bridge between your vision and reality at Top Green Landscaping. With a background in operations management, retail management, and customer service, he brings a unique blend of structure, empathy, and attention to detail to every project. As the operations and sales manager, Chris guides clients through a clear, collaborative process—from the first conversation to the final walk-through.
